Introductory Presentation - 2-hour
The two-hour Introductory Presentation includes an overview of the program, including some of the science behind the program and an opportunity to experience one hands-on activity. This mini presentation is both informative and enjoyable.

Introductory Presentation - Half Day
The half-day Introductory Presentation includes an overview of the program, the science behind the program, hands-on experience of multiple activities, and discussion regarding the adaptation and application of the activities taught. This interactive and hands-on approach provides participants with both a spatial and linear understanding of how and why this program works and the ability to utilize this material in their daily life.

Two-Day Workshops
The two-Day workshop includes an overview of the program, the science behind the program, hands-on experience of all of the basic activities, and extensive discussion regarding personal adaptation and application of the techniques. This 10 hour highly interactive workshop provides the participants with a deep understanding of how and why this program works and the ability to utilize the material effectively in their daily life.
